1100 aluminum plate belongs to the pure aluminum plate series with relatively low strength. It has excellent ductility, formability, weldability and corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance can be further improved and a beautiful surface can be obtained after anodization. But it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.

1100 Aluminum Plate Description

1100 aluminum plate is a common aluminum alloy sheet, with strong corrosion resistance and good plasticity. 1100 aluminum plate can be divided into cold-rolled plate, hot-rolled plate, stretched plate and so on according to the different production process. Compared with 1060 aluminum plate, the strength of 1100 is slightly higher than that of 1060, so it is suitable for products with high strength requirements. However, since the aluminum content is not as high as that of 1060 aluminum plate, it is not recommended to use 1100 aluminum plate products in the heat dissipation and electrical conductivity industries. 1100 aluminum plate has good machining performance, and its price has some advantages over other series of products.
